Fun at Sentosa

7 more days to Korea...

Woke up early today to do my usual laundry. Went to mit my colleagues at Harbourfront. Told them there is an internet cafe tt serves nice Bryani, but didnt expected the cafe closed down already...

After my colleagues finished their lunch, we headed to the Cable Car Tower ticket office to purchase tix for entry to Sentosa. $6.50 for two way ride cos I used the Islander card to purchase my tix.

Upon reaching Sentosa, we started our day with the Sentosa Luge. Bought tix for one luge + one skyride at special rate $5 only. Thanks to my Islander card again. I highly recommended everybody to try these two new attractions cos it's real fun. Part go-kart, part-toboggan - the luge is a fun-filled gravity ride that's safe for all ages. With a unique steering and braking system that allows you to make the ride as leisurely or as exciting as you want.

We then went to purchase the admission tixs for the Songs of the Sea' (previously was the musical fountain), it can only be purchase at the Beach stn ticketing conter. Had to rush to catch the free shuttle bus from Imbiah stn to watch Pink Dolphins' show which started at 3.30pm.

Next, we took the roofless top double decker bus to Underwater World. I always like to look at the huge sting ray. Nw can actually buy food and feed them. Saw a lot of sea animals like sea horses, crabs, jellyfish etc. Seems like my colleague wasnt happy with me when I cant even take one gd shot for her with the fish. Sigh...

After Underwater World, we went to catch a glimpse of the overall view of Sentosa island and southern shores. During admission, we were given a coin to deposit into the Merlion's mouth for a mysteious free gift. There were 3 type of mysterious gift. Gift A - Paper fan, Gift B - A mini Merlion figurine and Gift C - A poster. All of us got A except my colleague's husband, who got B. We were complaining that we shall go Merlion as the first itinerary if we know we were given a paper fan. The weather was quite hot lor... Lol...

One Man, oops... Shall be One Crab show

We decided to experience the Sentosa 4D Magix before we proceed to watch our 'Song of the Sea'. Something happened, our dear Yahti cannot find her Islander card. She searched her whole haversack and her wallet for a few times. This blurred cute gal had put her card in between some brochures. In the end, we did not experience the 4D Magix cos we have to rush to watch 'Song of the Sea'. Had a luge ride again. Just cant get enuff of this ride. Haha...

I must commented the props for the 'Song of the Sea' looks nice, but nothing really special about the show except one or two fireworks to round up the show.
