Make some planning for the next half yr, hope I will implement it. :)
Went to look at my future house's progression today, oreadi build up to level 12 wor, high possibility that the construction will be completed by this yr.
My colleague advised muz at least have 30K for renovation. Think must save another 10K for furnitures, electrical & electronic items, not sure enough or nt.
