Actually the initial appointment time was 10.10AM, but dun wanna take leave and still need to wake up early to attend the appointment. Luckily can rescheduled the date or time.
Darling & I had a quick breakfast @ MacDonalds, then headed to HDB Hub 2nd level to purchase fire insurance, 7 bucks+ for 5 yrs warranty. After tt, went to L1 automated machine to get queue no. for signing docs.
Waited 5 mins and we proceeded to the office to start signing 'debt contract' cos today both our CPF OA will be wiped out and need to start paying mthly loan to HDB in 2 mths time.
In the middle of signing the docs, the officer told us to go L2 cash office to pay 48 bucks conservancy charges. After presenting the receipt, we continued to sign docs again.
Damn lor, suddenly I had stomachache, mind was thinking dunno whether the signing procedure gng to take long or should head to the loo immediately. In the end, endured till end of signing doc which luckily is quite fast. 45 mins for the whole process.
